  • Review deliverables and provide feedback within the timeframe specified in your project proposal.

Delays in client response may result in project delays or additional fees.

4. Payments and Fees

All fees for services are outlined in your proposal or invoice. You agree to:

  • Pay all invoices on time, according to agreed-upon terms.

  • Allow automatic billing if on a monthly or recurring plan.

  • Pay any applicable taxes.

Late Payments: HungrySites reserves the right to pause work or disable hosting for accounts overdue by more than 14 days.

5. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

  • You retain rights to content you provide (e.g., logos, menus, text).

  • HungrySites retains rights to any proprietary tools, code, or templates used in building your site.

  • Upon full payment, you will be granted a license to use the completed website and deliverables for your business.

You may not resell or distribute our work or proprietary systems without permission.

6. Hosting & Maintenance

If hosting or ongoing maintenance is provided by HungrySites:

  • We will make reasonable efforts to ensure your site remains live, secure, and updated.

  • We may perform scheduled maintenance during low-traffic periods.

  • We are not liable for downtime caused by third-party services (e.g., hosting providers, payment gateways).

You are responsible for keeping login credentials private. Let us know immediately of any suspected security breach.

7. Refunds and Cancellations

Due to the custom nature of digital services, no refunds are issued once work has begun. Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing. If a monthly service plan is cancelled, service will continue through the end of the current billing cycle.

8. Warranties & Disclaimers

HungrySites does not guarantee specific outcomes, such as increased traffic, sales, or search engine rankings. Our services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, HungrySites shall not be liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

  • Loss of data, revenue, or reputation

  • Issues arising from third-party plugins, integrations, or platforms

Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services if:

  • You breach these Terms or your project agreement

  • You engage in abusive, unlawful, or unethical conduct

  • Payment obligations are unmet

Upon termination, any work completed to that point may be invoiced and access to deliverables may be revoked.

11. Privacy

Your use of our Website is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, store, and use personal data.

12. Third-Party Tools & Integrations

Our services may include the use of third-party platforms (e.g., hosting providers, WordPress plugins, CRMs). We are not responsible for any failures, bugs, or changes introduced by those platforms.
